argumentum The chat from the PHP extension Shout may not be working, as it gives me an error.
What error does it give? In any case, I am also having issues with it in my alt account, I opened an issue at GitHub for it.
Edit: I tried it myself and was able to get the error message, I have made a post at the official forum thread for that extension.
